Shipping policy

1. *Processing Time:* Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.

2. *Shipping Methods:* We offer standard shipping via PUDO for domestic orders. International orders - please arrange your own courier service to collect from any of our locations.

3. *Shipping Rates:* Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

4. *Delivery Time:* Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.

5. *Tracking Information:* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the special code to open the PUDO box when deposited by the courier. 

6. *Shipping Restrictions:* We currently only ship to addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. *Customs and Duties:* International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

8. *Shipping Errors or Damages:* In the event of shipping errors or damages, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

9. *Returns Due to Shipping Issues:* If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
